Returns & Exchanges

Returns:

Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Unfortunately, items that do not meet these criteria cannot be returned and will not be refunded. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items. At this time, the cost of returned items is the responsibility of the customer. Please don't hesitate to send a message if you have any questions regarding the fit of an item before purchasing.

Exchanges:

If for any reason you need to initiate an exchange, please send us an email first. You will need to return the item you currently have. After you've received an email stating that your product has been received and processed, your exchange will then be shipped out.
